A record number of people are leaving London, recent research shows. Some 336,000 people left the city in the year to June 2017, up 15% on the previous year, and destinations across the South East including our Kingsfield Park development in Aylesbury, are emerging as popular destinations for those leaving the capital.

Aylesbury, with its easy commute in 55 minutes and housing and infrastructure funding, has become well established as a go-to destination for those following the London exodus.
