Delivering extraordinary homes is something that has driven us at Martin Grant Homes since the first brick was laid back in 1978. And over that time we’ve built a reputation throughout the South East for quality and attention to detail. A lot of that has to do with our traditional values, we are a family business and always have been. So we care about what we build because we know how important a safe, warm home is. In fact, we place family values at the heart of everything we do. We understand the importance of the personal touch and always put ourselves in the shoes of the customer. We believe that this along with the professionalism and experience of our team, is what sets us apart.
We are delighted that we have won the National Housebuilding Council Pride in the Job awards for our Site Managers, Lewis Digby (Halsey Meadows, Bramley) in 2019, and Carl Haskell (Buckton Fields, Northampton) for the last two consecutive years.
Now in its 38th year, the Pride in The Job awards are widely considered as one of the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious accolades, designed to recognise Site Managers who are playing a crucial role in upholding the highest of standards within the housebuilding industry and ensuring that high-quality homes are delivered on site. We are delighted to be recognised for not only one but two of these most esteemed awards, reflecting our passion to deliver developments of optimal quality.
Somewhere to call home
Whether it’s a small, select development, or a major regeneration, we’re passionate about planning and building our homes. It’s how we can be sure we deliver the right kind of home our customers; from first-time buyers, growing families to down-sizers and investors. So whoever you are, you can always expect a light, spacious, carefully designed modern home that fits in with the way you live.
New build homes with attention to detail
We also know that it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. That’s why all our kitchens, for example, feature integrated stainless steel appliances. And our stylish bathrooms come with white sanitary ware and chrome fittings.
Built for tomorrow
And what of our future generations? With conservation and sustainability in mind, we’ve taken steps to ensure each development reduces its carbon footprint. All our homes have fridges and freezers which come with A+ ratings, the WCs are fitted with dual flush cisterns to reduce water consumption and we use low energy lighting. Some homes are even fitted with photovoltaic panels, converting the sun’s energy into electrical power. We also protect specimen existing trees at our developments, furthermore we have planted over 15,000 new trees in the last five years.
I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved – and excited about what the future holds for us. So please, enjoy looking through our portfolio. And make yourself at home.
Best wishes,
Noel Grant Chairman & Chief Executive
