Our promotion of an urban extension on land to the West of Bridgwater continues to run smoothly. Working alongside Cavanna Homes, we submitted a hybrid planning application to Sedgemoor District Council last month.
The application is for development of up to 675 homes, a neighbourhood centre and a two-form entry primary school. The submission follows a successful public consultation involving hundreds of people last autumn, as well as long-term engagement with the Neighbourhood Plan group and Wembdon Parish Council to help shape the development.
