Buckton Fields West, Northampton

In a joint venture with Bloor Homes, we have successfully exchanged a contract to acquire Buckton Fields West in Northampton.  Planning permission for an extra 190 homes, employment land and a local centre was granted in January.  The site also includes land for a primary school.

We’re looking forward to starting work at Buckton Fields West later this year into early 2020, following the completion of the adjoining site at Buckton Fields East.  That phase of development will mark a new chapter of the project, which we have been working on for longer than a decade.
