Customer Care & YOUR Home

We understand that a property purchase is more than bricks and mortar; it is about creating a new home for you and your family.

Our customers are offered a full customer care programme which includes a 3, 7 & 28 day visit by one of the Site team and a regular weekly call from your dedicated Customer Care Co-ordinator during the first few weeks of having completed.

From the date of completion your home will have the benefit of a 10 year warranty from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

The first two years of this cover is provided by Martin Grant Homes and you will have the opportunity to call upon the services of the Customer Care team to help rectify any defects that may arise with the materials or workmanship whilst you start to settle into your new home.

We strive to offer the highest possible customer service so that your experience with us is one that is smooth and trouble free and leaves you with wanting to buy from us again.
