Martin Grant Homes is an established, family owned business, which has been building homes for over 40 years. We are proud to be one of the South East’s premier developers, with a reputation for quality and traditional values. We build a large number of homes each year on sites ranging from small, select developments of just a few houses, to major strategic extensions.

We believe that each site we deal with has its own opportunities, constraints and unique character, which requires an individual approach and bespoke designs of the highest quality. We create desirable new developments that successfully integrate with their surrounding environment – valued places and new communities where people want to live.
