Our Land and Planning team is highly experienced and very successful in identifying and bringing forward large scale strategic sites and major strategic extensions.

We focus on identifying large sites without Planning Permission and which require careful promotion. Our understanding of the planning process and knowledge of both national and local political agendas, help us to guide sites through the complexities and sensitivities of the planning process, whilst maximising development potential.

We start by identifying land with future development potential and usually seek to secure a commitment with Landowners through Option Agreements.

Using first rate Consultants, we assemble bespoke project teams to suit the particular needs of each site. We then proactively manage planning promotion and communication strategies tailored to each site. This includes preparation of all technical work required to support the site from promotion, through the development plan process, the securing of Consents for residential and commercial use schemes.

Our strategic sites range from smaller schemes of about 50 homes to major strategic extensions of up to 8,000 homes and our area of operation covers the Home Counties and South East.
