Our brand new show home opened its doors on Saturday 22nd April.
The Mallard house type comprises five bedrooms, a beautifully fitted kitchen and spacious living and dining areas in addition to a private garden. The interior designer has maximised the 1,552 square feet of living space offered at the luxury family home by using thoughtful interior design, which blends contemporary style with rural tradition.
A warm, neutral colour palette is used throughout the home, with olive accent colours added to create a sense of understated elegance that remains in keeping with the area’s surroundings. The combination of classic and contemporary is particularly notable in the living room, where the furniture selection seamlessly blends rustic wooden textures with sophisticated metallic finishes. The kitchen has been designed with 21st century living in mind, combining stylish design with functional features. Patio doors open out to the garden and flood the room with natural light.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms, with a glamorous master suite that incorporates an en-suite bathroom and a pair of mirrored sliding door wardrobes. The second bedroom has been created to emanate the style of a boutique hotel, whilst the third and fourth bedrooms have been designed as spaces for younger generations. The final bedroom has been dressed as a study to reflect the requirements of a modern day family and includes a map of Wing village.
