Studham, Central Bedfordshire

We’re pleased to announce we’ve acquired two new sites for residential promotion.  One is in Studham, Central Bedfordshire and the other is in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire. Both are great long-term opportunities to add to our existing portfolio in areas of high housing demand.

It’s early days, but we hope to start engaging with the local community, particularly emerging Neighbourhood Plan groups and Parish Councils.
