We are very excited to be launching our brand new phase of homes at Buckton Fields, our development just outside of Northampton, in Boughton. Given the recent Government advice to stay at home, our new homes will be launched exclusively online this Saturday 28th March, and customers will be able to view plans and explore pricing on our website. All of the homes on our first release are available with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme and this latest phase of homes sees an extension to our already established Buckton Fields development, where we have already delivered over 140 new homes to the community.

Ideal for commuters, Northampton Rail Station is just a few miles from Buckton Fields West and offers direct services to London Euston in as little as 46 minutes, while Milton Keynes and Coventry are just 13 and 29 minutes respectively by rail. For travel by road, the nearby M1 connects residents south to Milton Keynes or north to Leicester or Rugby and Coventry via the A428 and M45.
