The development, which has outline planning consent, will comprise of 17 private 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 7 affordable homes, all sensitively designed to reflect the character of the local area. The site is located at the southern end of the High Street and was historically a former apple orchard when Loxwood and Kirdford’s main industry was wholesale apple growing. It’s most recently been used as a paddock for grazing.
