We are delighted to announce that we have acquired our first development site of 2021. Despite the turmoil caused by the global Covid-19 pandemic, the three-acre site in the thriving community of Loxwood in the Weald of Sussex, will help meet some of the supply requirements for new homes identified by Chichester District Council.
The development, which has outline planning consent, will comprise of 17 private 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 7 affordable homes, all sensitively designed to reflect the character of the local area. The site is located at the southern end of the High Street and was historically a former apple orchard when Loxwood and Kirdford’s main industry was wholesale apple growing. It’s most recently been used as a paddock for grazing.

We expect to start site implementation by mid-2021 and an on-site sales and information centre is planned for summer this year.
