My father had a vision when he founded Martin Grant Homes back in 1978. He wanted to create homes that were built on solid family values, quality and attention to detail. These principles still hold true today.

From integrated built-in kitchen appliances, to the convenience of cable and satellite television wiring in living rooms, to making the choice about interior finishes and a multitude of optional extras, you know your new home will be perfect. We also ensure every home is designed to blend into the local architecture and surrounding countryside.

That’s why you’re offered fortnightly face to face meetings with our site managers and sales advisors, from the very first point of reservation, through the whole building process, to the moment we hand your keys over.
Peace of Mind
Our support does not end when you move in. Your home will have the benefit and reassurance of a 10-year warranty cover from the National House Builders Council (NHBC). In addition to your warranty, we guarantee that for the first two years of occupation, our Customer Care Team will only be a call away to assist you should you ever need them.
Environment
On all of our developments, every effort is made to protect existing trees, planting more where possible to enrich the landscape. Our homes also incorporate a range of features that embrace ‘greener’ living.
