We are pleased to announce that we have won again!
2021 sees us getting a National Housebuilding Council Pride in the Job award with our Site Manager, Lewis Digby.
The NHBC’s Pride in the Job Quality Awards are the most highly regarded competition in the housebuilding industry and have been rewarding excellence for over four decades. The awards recognise and reward the best-run building sites in the country and are one of the highest accolades a Site Manager can achieve
I’m very pleased to have been given this award. This is my second award win now, and it’s not just a great achievement for Martin Grant Homes but also for myself to showcase the quality of work produced by the whole team on site. I’ve definitely got my fingers crossed that we can succeed in the next stage of the competition.
Site Manager
For Lewis, this is his second award, gaining his first at our Halsey Meadows development in Bramley, Surrey, and now at his Coombelands Garden development in Addlestone, Surrey.
Competing against over 10,000 entrants, Lewis is one of only 450 recognised for their dedication to building homes of an outstanding standard. In addition to spot checks from the NHBC, Site Managers are judged on their consistency, attention to detail, leadership, technical expertise, and health and safety.
